Those are actually our favorite challenges, not gonna lie. Intermittent issues are tricky but we've got tools specifically for them - data loggers that record what's happening over time, and we can do extended test drives with the scan tool hooked up. Sometimes we'll even send you home with a data logger for a day or two to catch the problem when it acts up. These take more time but we love solving the mysteries that stump everyone else.
